NICK HARDINGon Wednesday, 24/09/2008 11:51 A big thank you to the army of volunteers, be it groundsmen, witnesses, stewards, first aid personnel, scorers, umpires, our caterer, sponsors, and all those specactors that turned up in their masses to spur us on.
We were only doing something that we all love, but you made it possible for us to bring the record home to England, Bedfordshire and Blunham.
This one was for Bob Desborough, former groundsman and player, sadly gone but not forgtten, your spirit lives on through all of us.
