Problems with video stopping?

Your video may stop if the download was interrupted.

This can be caused by computer settings, firewalls or internet connection.

A common cause is a temporary blip due to internet traffic interruption or interference to wireless connection.

Your computer may save the interrupted file to its cache memory without realising that the download is incomplete.

To remedy this please try the following:

On a PC directly connected to the internet (not via a proxy server). From your browser, go to tools/internet options/general/delete browsing history/history-delete history.

Then close all browser windows and re-launch Internet Explorer and then try to view the video again.
