If you want to become a famous singer, how do you start ? Sing Up is the Music Manifesto’s National Singing Programme. It’s a programme to make sure that singing is at the heart of every primary school child’s life. Voces8 are at Biggleswade Music Centre helping kids and adults. Laura de Quincey investigates.
