The Skate Park competiton which was rained off at the Sandy Carnival was re-staged by organiser Ken Lynch. Youngsters demonstrate their skills and show why its such a popular activity.

Young Farmers just love it!
They are not all farmers – but boy do they have fun.
Young Farmers is a national organisation for young people, aged 10-26. Members do not need to have a farming background, just a respect and love of the country side.
Within Bedfordshire there are 6 clubs who work together to run the county as well as competing against each other in various competitions through out the year.

A 20-20 match organised by The High Sheriff of Bedfordshire attracted local cricketers who played against an Old Englander’s side in aid of a Bedfordshire charity.
